Privacy Policy

The Bidnamic app ("the App") is provided by LADS STORE LIMITED, trading as Bidnamic ("Bidnamic", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App accesses when you install it on your Shopify store, how we use it, and your rights. It covers the App only; Bidnamic's broader advertising services are governed by your separate agreement with us.

1. What we access and store

When installed, the App accesses your Shopify order data to attribute revenue to advertising campaigns. We store, per order: order ID and number, order totals, tax lines, currency, order timestamps, and advertising campaign identifiers (Google click identifiers such as gclid/gbraid/wbraid and UTM parameters) carried on the order. We store your store domain, primary domain and name; the store owner's name and email address, your store's contact email address, and your store's address and phone number, as held by Shopify; and the access token needed to call Shopify on your behalf.

2. What we do not access or store

The App does not access, store, or process your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing or shipping addresses, or payment/card details. We request only object-level order access — not Shopify's individual protected customer fields.

3. How we use it

Solely to (a) attribute paid orders to the Google Ads campaigns Bidnamic runs for you, (b) display attributed revenue and commission in your Shopify admin, (c) calculate and bill performance-based commission through Shopify's Billing API, and (d) contact you about your account, your installation, and changes to the App. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to your customers, or send you marketing without your consent.

4. Sub-processors

We use: Shopify (platform and billing); Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL) for application hosting; and Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for reliability monitoring. These process data only to provide their service to us and receive no customer PII.

5. Google Ads

Advertising campaigns are operated by Bidnamic in Bidnamic-owned Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts. The App captures the identifiers Google adds to ad clicks so orders can be attributed. To measure and optimize those campaigns, the click identifier and the order value are sent to Google Ads as offline conversion data. This contains no customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details.

6. Data location and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the European Union (Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest. Access credentials are stored encrypted. Access is limited to authorized Bidnamic personnel.

7. Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, we delete the access token and cancel your subscription. The store owner's name and email address, your store's contact email address, and your store's street address, city, region, postcode and phone number are erased 48 hours after uninstallation, when Shopify issues its shop/redact request; the advertising click identifiers and diagnostic click records we hold contain no personal data and are retained for the period below. We also honour Shopify's customers/redact and customers/data_request requests.

We keep the records that evidence what we charged you — order references and totals, the advertising identifiers they carried, the commission rate that applied, and your subscription record. These contain no customer data. We retain them for six years, the period for which UK law requires company accounting records to be kept and within which a contract claim may be brought, and then delete them.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data. Contact us at support@bidnamic.com.
